I'm not staff, but I can tell you that there are several reasons why. Most non-staff aren't allowed to post in app.bios. The site is currently dieing. And... Most of us are at fault...
Oh.. and the name thing? That's because when I signed up, the guy playing Dick Grayson had his username as Robin... So I signed up as Tim Drake.
Also, as I just looked up the roster thread, if you would look under 'T' you'll find "Tim Drake."
